Data protection declaration

We are aware that protecting your privacy when using our website is important to you. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. That is why we want you to know when we save which data and how we use it. With this data protection declaration, we would like to inform you about our data protection measures.

We process data in accordance with GDPR Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) b) c) f). This means that we only process personal data if there is consent (lit. a), insofar as it is necessary to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures (lit.b), we are legally obliged to do so (lit.c) or we have a legitimate interest have processing (lit.f). The corresponding legal basis is named in individual cases.

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and your telephone number) will be saved by us to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the purpose of the request no longer applies. Depending on the type of request, we collect this data with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR, for the execution and fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR or in the case of a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in answering inquiries and informing about our products and services.

If you use the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, only the data that your browser transmits to the server we use will be collected. If you want to view our website, the following data is collected, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The forwarding is automated by your browser and is inherent when using the Internet. (The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR):

You have the following rights towards us with regard to your personal data:

  • Right to correction or deletion,

  • Right to restriction of processing,

  • Right to object to processing,

  • Right to data portability.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

 

Right to withdraw or object to the processing of your data

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time. Such a revocation affects the admissibility of processing your personal data after you have given it to us.

Storage of data

We store personal data as long as this is necessary to fulfill our contractual, pre- and post-contractual obligations. This does not affect your right to deletion or restriction of processing. In addition, this does not affect our right to the data for legally compelling reasons (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c) GDPR) or if there is a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR) save. In particular, the checking and enforcement of claims for damages and other claims are considered as legitimate interests.
Log files that are necessary for the stability and security of the system are automatically deleted after four days.

When you visit our site, we anonymously record the way visitors came to our website and how many users accessed the site. (Search engine, linking, direct entry or advertising measures) The data are not used to identify individual visitors, but only for the transmission of quantitative quantities. The statistics cannot be used to understand their behavior on other websites. The data is not linked to other services. If you have deactivated the setting of cookies in your browser, your visits will not be recorded. Otherwise, these cookies are automatically deleted after seven days.

Third party content on the website
